| I have worked in the restaurant business for twenty years. During that time, I have seen how tourism in the area has been and is successfully developing and over these years I have always been in contact with customers. As a result, I felt inside me an increasing force which was driving me to create a Casa Rural. However, perhaps my youth, my indecision, the high level of responsibility involved and the high cost of the investment that faced me made the whole project a dream. Although time went by, I was more and more certain that my future was connected with tourism.
One fine day I finally decided to create the Casa Rural. I had to fight to achieve what I was longing to do. I fought against family indecision, and the risk of the high investment, but I had to put all that to one side, I had to have my Casa Rural. Finally my dream came true and Casa Rosa was born. It was, and continues to be, the only establishment in the area devoted to accommodation.
When I decided to do the Casa, I always had one thing quite clear in my mind, something I considered to be very important and necessary for Casa Rosa, THE QUALITY. I asked myself why if large hotels were offering quality, shouldn't my modest and simple Casa Rural offer the same?
To me, promoting and increasing quality is everything. Quality means comfort, tranquillity, inner peace, beauty, a professional nature and meeting the demands that we usually encounter in society. And I say professional quality because I want to offer my guests, apart from the Casa and its facilities, good, varied information about the area and its surroundings. If I offer my village to the visitor, I'm also offering them Casa Rosa. |
